Apollo’s plans and credits
Apollo charges per seat, and every seat on an account must be on the same plan. Credits are pooled across your team and granted at the start of each billing cycle. These are the plans on Apollo’s pricing page:
| Plan | Billed monthly, per seat | Billed yearly, per seat a month | Credits per seat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 75 a month |
| Basic | $65 | $49 | 2,500 a month, or 30,000 a year up front |
| Professional | $99 | $79 | 4,000 a month, or 48,000 a year up front |
| Organization | Yearly billing only | $119, with 3 seats minimum | 6,000 a month, or 72,000 a year up front |
Apollo’s monthly view lists Organization at $149 a seat and marks it “Annual Only”. Apollo’s pricing page and pricing calculator list what each action costs:
- Email: 1 credit
- Phone number: 8 credits
- Data enrichment: 1 to 8 credits on the pricing page, “up to 9 credits per record” in the calculator’s frequently asked questions
- AI research (Apollo’s artificial intelligence research): 1 credit per run
Credits don’t roll over: “Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.” Apollo sells add-on credits for the whole team, listed in its pricing calculator. On monthly billing, they run from 400 for $10 a month to 250,000 for $3,750, or $0.025 down to $0.015 a credit. They renew every cycle until you remove them.
What one email or phone number costs in Apollo
The price of a credit depends on the plan, the billing and how many of your credits you use. If you use every credit your plan includes, each one costs this:
| Plan and billing | Price per credit | Email (1 credit) | Phone number (8 credits) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic, monthly | $0.026 | $0.026 | $0.21 |
| Basic, yearly | $0.020 | $0.020 | $0.16 |
| Professional, monthly | $0.025 | $0.025 | $0.20 |
| Professional, yearly | $0.020 | $0.020 | $0.16 |
| Organization, yearly | $0.020 | $0.020 | $0.16 |
The seat also pays for Apollo’s email sequences and integrations, so this table assumes the whole plan price goes to data. Every credit you leave unused raises the price of the ones you use. Past your plan’s credits, add-on credits cost $0.015 to $0.025 each. An extra email then costs $0.015 to $0.025, and an extra phone number $0.12 to $0.20.
Apollo compared with Kairon’s price per find
Kairon doesn’t sell data credits. It finds work emails and mobile numbers itself. It charges each one it finds to your usage balance: $0.02 per email and $0.20 per mobile. A search that finds nothing is free. The Starter plan ($49 a month) includes $10 of that balance. Kairon’s data pricing page lists every price.
| Apollo, Basic billed monthly | Kairon | |
|---|---|---|
| Work email | $0.026 if you use all 2,500 credits | $0.02 when found |
| Phone number | $0.21 if you use all 2,500 credits | $0.20 per mobile found |
| Monthly price to start | $65 a seat, or $0 on Free with 75 credits | $49 for Starter, which includes $10 of balance |
Kairon’s search finds mobile numbers, not office lines.
Finding data needs a Kairon plan. So the next tables show two Kairon columns: the finds alone, and the finds with Starter. Starter runs LinkedIn campaigns from Claude, ChatGPT or another agent. Email needs one of three: your Instantly at no extra cost, your Gmail or Outlook at $10 a mailbox a month, or managed email.
The tables count found results only and use monthly billing. When one seat’s credits run out, they add Apollo’s add-on credits or a seat, whichever costs less:
| Found work emails a month | Apollo | Kairon, finds only | Kairon with Starter |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $0 (Free) | $1 | $49 |
| 500 | $65 (Basic, 1 seat) | $10 | $49 |
| 1,000 | $65 (Basic, 1 seat) | $20 | $59 |
| 2,500 | $65 (Basic, 1 seat) | $50 | $89 |
| 5,000 | $115 (Basic, 1 seat + 2,500 add-on credits) | $100 | $139 |
| Found phone numbers a month | Apollo | Kairon, finds only | Kairon with Starter |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $65 (Basic, 1 seat) | $10 | $49 |
| 100 | $65 (Basic, 1 seat) | $20 | $59 |
| 200 | $65 (Basic, 1 seat) | $40 | $79 |
| 500 | $99 (Professional, 1 seat) | $100 | $139 |
| 1,000 | $198 (Professional, 2 seats) | $200 | $239 |
Read the tables this way:
- Emails: up to 75 a month, Apollo’s Free plan covers them. Above that, Kairon’s finds cost less at every volume in the table. Counting Kairon’s Starter, Apollo costs less from about 1,300 found emails a month.
- Phone numbers: at 8 credits each, Free’s 75 credits would cover 9 a month. Above that, Kairon’s finds cost less up to 200 a month, and the two cost about the same at 500 and 1,000. Counting Starter, Apollo costs less from about 130 a month.
When Apollo is the better buy
Apollo costs less when:
- You would buy Kairon’s Starter only for the data, and you find more than about 1,300 emails or 130 phone numbers a month. Apollo Basic’s $65 then costs less than Starter with its finds.
- You look up 75 emails a month or fewer, which the Free plan covers.
- You want a contact database and an email sequencer in the same seat.
Counting finds alone, Kairon costs less above 75 emails a month at every volume in the table, and less from 10 to 200 phone numbers a month; at 500 and 1,000 phone numbers the two cost about the same. Counting Starter, Kairon costs less from 76 to about 1,300 emails and from 10 to about 130 phone numbers. Neither side carries unused value over: Apollo’s credits expire each cycle, and Kairon’s included $10 resets every month. For what else the two products do, see Kairon vs Apollo.
How we calculated these numbers
Every number on this page comes from these sources and rules:
- Apollo’s prices: Apollo’s pricing page and pricing calculator, including its add-on credit table, read in a browser on October 4, 2026 with monthly and yearly billing
- Price per credit: one seat’s plan price divided by the credits that seat gets, rounded to three decimals
- Volume tables: monthly billing, found results only, and the cheapest mix of seats and add-on credits on one plan that covers the credits needed, with one add-on pack at the prices in Apollo’s pricing calculator. The Free rows assume Free’s own 75 credits, without add-ons. The Starter columns assume the whole $10 balance goes to finding data; if your campaigns spend part of it on AI, Kairon costs more.
- Kairon’s prices: Kairon’s pricing and data pricing pages, as of October 19, 2026. An email found costs $0.02 and a mobile found $0.20. A search that finds nothing is free. Starter costs $49 a month with $10 of balance.
