Kairon vs Dripify
the honest comparison.
Dripify runs LinkedIn and email drip campaigns against a daily activity quota, with built-in account-safety marketing. Kairon decides who to write to and when. Prices side by side, feature by feature, dated and linked.
One runs the drip campaign. One decides the timing.
- Your problem is not sending more, it is that what you send does not land at the right moment
- You want a cited-evidence ICP verdict per company before anyone is contacted
- You want outreach triggered by a public signal, not by a daily quota ticking down
- You want Claude or ChatGPT to run the whole job, from finding who to write to through sending, plus a CLI
- You want email finder credits bundled into your plan, instead of paying for each email found
- You want a 7-day free trial with no card required
- You want a product 40,000+ companies already run, per their own site
- You want Zapier and Make integrations built in
What each one actually costs.
Feature by feature.
| Kairon | Dripify | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is built to do | Decide who to contact and when, then run the sequence | Run LinkedIn and email drip campaigns against a daily activity quota, with built-in account-safety controls |
| Channels | LinkedIn and email. Send from your own Gmail or Outlook at $10 a month per mailbox, connect your own Instantly at no extra Kairon cost, or add email managed by Kairon for a separate charge. WhatsApp is being built | LinkedIn and email on every paid plan, with email finder credits bundled in |
| Timing signals | Public signals decide when outreach happens: a job change, a new post, a profile view, a new follower, engagement on a rival’s post | We found no signal engine documented on their site as of 2026-08-20; campaigns run on a fixed daily quota |
| ICP qualification | A written verdict per company against your ICP, with the evidence behind it | We found no per-company fit judgement documented; you build the list |
| Approval before send | Autopilot by default, with time to review or cancel each normal send. Manual mode waits for approval before every message | We found no approval window documented; campaigns run what you configure inside the daily quota |
| Daily activity cap | Configurable daily limits and pacing controls. LinkedIn may still restrict an account when those controls are respected | Up to 75 connection requests and 100+ messages a day on Pro and Advanced, per their own pricing page |
| Account-safety marketing | Not marketed as a safety feature. You set the pace with configurable daily limits | Markets "advanced safety algorithms" and adaptive "Activity Control" as LinkedIn-account protection — their own claim, one we did not independently test |
| Where it runs | Cloud, hosted by us. Nothing to install | Cloud too, per their own pricing page: "campaigns run on our servers, so nothing depends on your browser being open or your machine being on" |
| Driving it from an agent | Hosted MCP server with OAuth, plus a CLI. Listed in the Official MCP Registry as com.heykairon/kairon | An open API and an MCP server on every paid plan, per their pricing page read on 2026-10-17. Their help center documents the MCP server: an assistant can list campaigns and lead lists, look up a lead, and upload up to 1,000 LinkedIn profiles to a campaign. It signs in with an API key. Zapier, Make and HubSpot integrations too |
| Pipeline & CRM | HubSpot and Salesforce, built in. When a lead reaches the stage you pick, it lands in your CRM with its whole LinkedIn conversation | CRM sync built in (HubSpot) on every paid plan, with no setup |
| How many companies use it | A young product, with no public adoption figures worth quoting | A genuine strength: they claim 40,000+ companies worldwide, per their own site |
| Price of entry | $49/mo per seat | $59/mo per seat billed annually, $79/mo billed monthly |
What Dripify is genuinely better at.
Email finding is bundled in: 100 email finder credits a month on every paid plan, and a lookup that fails costs nothing. Kairon finds work emails too, but each one it finds comes out of your usage balance (a search that finds nothing is free there as well).
dripify.com/pricing · 2026-10-17Adoption we do not have: they claim 40,000+ companies worldwide use the product.
dripify.com · 2026-08-20Zapier and Make integrations built in, plus HubSpot, an open API and an MCP server on every paid plan.
dripify.com/pricing · 2026-10-17A dedicated safety-marketing angle: they explicitly promote "advanced safety algorithms" and adaptive Activity Control as LinkedIn-account protection, speaking directly to a worry a lot of buyers in this category have. We did not test the claim ourselves.
dripify.com/features · 2026-08-20What Kairon does differently.
Timing comes from a public signal, not from a daily quota ticking down
A written ICP verdict per company with the evidence behind it, before anyone is contacted
Everything booked stays editable until it fires, so a bad message is a click from being fixed
Kairon’s MCP server covers the whole job, from finding who to write to through sending, and it ships with a CLI
Every action on every campaign is recorded, so months later you can still answer who was contacted, with what, and when
What to actually expect.
Dripify scales with quota: up to 75 connection requests and 100+ messages a day on every paid plan, across LinkedIn and email, with safety controls marketed as built in. It rewards people who already know who they want to write to and want that volume running on a schedule.
Kairon scales with timing and restraint: it reaches out where a public signal fired and the evidence supports the ICP match, with a veto before each send. Fewer sends, aimed at people more likely to already be in-market.
Our own numbers, because we are asking you to judge ours too. Kairon used Kairon for a month: 444 invitations sent, 169 accepted (38.1%), and 59 of those 169 people wrote back (34.9%). They come straight out of our own database, not from a survey. It is one account and one month, so take it as a reference point, not a promise. The query that produces it is published, in case you want to run it yourself. We do not invent numbers, ours or theirs.
What we could not confirm about Dripify.
Correction, October 17, 2026: this page used to say we found no API or MCP on Dripify’s site as of August 20, 2026. Their pricing page now lists an open API and an MCP server on every paid plan, and the API is documented at api.dripify.com. Their help center documents the MCP server: it lists campaigns and lead lists, looks up a lead, and uploads LinkedIn profiles to a campaign.
dripify.com/pricing · 2026-10-17The real entry price depends on commitment. Pro’s $59 a month requires annual billing. Paying monthly costs $79.
dripify.com/pricing · 2026-10-17They link to Trustpilot and G2 review pages, but we found no numerical rating score displayed on their own pricing or home pages as of 2026-08-20 — worth reading the review pages directly rather than trusting a score you never saw.
dripify.com · 2026-08-20When to actually pick Dripify instead.
If you want LinkedIn and email running on a set daily quota today, with vendor-marketed safety controls, bundled email-finder credits and Zapier and Make built in, pick Dripify. 40,000+ companies already run on it, per their own numbers. Kairon is worth its price only when the hard part is deciding who to write to and when, not how many messages go out today.
Fair questions.
Is this comparison biased?
We built it, so read it with that in mind. It is also the page where we say Dripify bundles email finding in, ships Zapier and Make integrations, and has far more companies running on it than we do. Every claim links to their own pages.
Does Kairon replace Dripify?
For running a multichannel drip campaign at volume today, no. They overlap less than they look: Dripify paces a quota across a list you build, and Kairon decides who is worth writing to and when, with the evidence visible.
Which one costs less?
At entry, Kairon: $49 a month per seat, month to month. Dripify’s Pro plan is $59 a month billed annually, or $79 billed monthly. Dripify’s plan includes 100 email finder credits a month. In Kairon, each email found comes out of your usage balance, and a search that finds nothing is free.
